Learn Reiki - 1st Degree, 2nd Degree, or Reiki Master Classes

 

Classes are held in Sterling, IL, via zoom, or it is also possible to set up a class at your own house or venue.  To schedule a class, grab some friends, and we will set up a date! You can also schedule a private class if you prefer. 

 

First Degree Class - After our first degree class, you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and others and leave with many different techniques and ideas for how to develop your own personal style of Reiki. We cover the history of Reiki and talk about what Reiki is, what it can do, and how it works. Each class is tailored to the students' interests.  We will do multiple guided meditations to help you on your Reiki journey, and after the Reiki I attunement, there will be time for practice.

 

Second Degree Class - You will learn three Reiki symbols and how to use them. After completing the 2nd Degree Class, you will be able to send distant Reiki and you will become more confident in practicing Reiki on others. Some techniques covered are Byosen scanning, Kenyoku technique, Gyoshi ho and Koki ho. 

 

Reiki Master Class (separated into two parts ART Master and Master Teacher) - For all our classes, we follow the guidelines set by the International Center for Reiki Training. The ART/Master class includes advanced Reiki techniques like crystal grids, healing attunements, violet breath, and much more. The Master Teacher class will include additional symbols along with learning how to attune others.
